About This Project
The Town of Timnath is beginning a community conversation about residential solid waste collection services, including trash and recycling.
As a first step, the Town is seeking resident feedback through a community survey to better understand current experiences, concerns, and priorities related to waste collection services. The survey results will help Town leaders determine whether additional evaluation or a more detailed feasibility study should be considered in the future.
No decisions have been made, and no formal single-hauler feasibility study is currently underway. The purpose of this survey is to gather community input and better understand resident perspectives before considering potential next steps.
Why Are We Starting With a Survey?
Before investing in a detailed feasibility study, the Town wants to hear directly from residents.
The survey will help the Town:
Understand residents' experiences with current trash and recycling services.
Identify service priorities and concerns.
Gauge community interest in exploring alternative service models.
Determine whether additional study is warranted.
The feedback collected will help inform any future discussions regarding residential solid waste collection services.
