Old Town Transportation Plan

Larimer County Road 5 (LCR5), known locally as Main Street, once served as a regional connector for vehicles and trucks moving through Old Town Timnath. The corridor offered few options for local traffic and limited flexibility for community needs.

With the opening of Timnath Parkway, there is now an opportunity to reimagine Main Street as a roadway that reflects the interests and values of Timnath.

This project will include data collection, operational and safety analysis, infrastructure review and public input. Feedback from residents and businesses will guide recommendations for the future transportation system in Old Town. Updates and opportunities to engage with the project will be shared here as they become available.
