What's next?

Our community has spoken with vision and clarity, guiding us to a new chapter for cherished holiday traditions in Timnath.

Upon recognizing the need for a change in venue to ensure safety and sustainability, we turned to you, to direct our next steps using YourTimnath.org for a fresh take on our holiday festivities. A remarkable turnout of over 180 Timnath residents weighed in, with an impressive 69% favoring pivoting to a daytime holiday festival at Timnath Community Park.

Worry not; the holiday charm of Old Town will continue with Main Street decked in festive lights. Plus, anticipate Santa's presence and an exciting holiday scavenger hunt to spark the joy of the season.

Mark your calendars! The daytime holiday festival is slated for Saturday, December 7, at Timnath Community Park. More information will be announced in the coming months, including details on the Old Town holiday festivities.

The conversation doesn't end here. This summer, we will collaborate with the community and supporters of Old Town to redefine our approach to development, progress, and events in this part of town. While past plans have served us well, it's time to map out concrete steps for the future. We aim to develop a toolkit for Main Street events and more—resources that will guide our way.

To stay up to date on all the Town happenings, keep a tab on Timnath.org and connect with us on our social media platforms: Facebook (@townoftimnath), Instagram (@townoftimnath), and Twitter (@TownOfTimnath). Also, subscribe to Town emails at timnath.org/subscribe so you do not miss a beat.

Keep your eyes peeled for announcements and ways to stay involved through YourTimnath.org and other channels.

Thank you, Timnath, for helping us shape the future of our community together.
