The Town of Windsor is currently in design/construction for Phase 1 of the Colorado Boulevard realignment project (south of Jacoby Road) which is expected to be complete in 2025.  Phase 2, which covers the area north of Jacoby Road, is designated as a long-term project in Windsor’s plan. The Town of Timnath staff is actively engaged in coordination with Windsor Town staff, monitoring the progress and will recommend opportunities for participation in the project as it advances.

    Hi there,

PSD just resubmitted their annexation plan for review today. It will need to be reviewed and when it is approved it will be posted on our website at https://timnath.org/development-projects-under-review. Hope this helps!

According to the Larimer County Accessor's website, the building that was used by Studio 68 Fitness, located at 4650 Signal Tree Drive, Bldg B. was sold to Clearwater Church at the end of June. The church has applied for a Change of Use permit; this is pending the receipt of fees. This is a permitted use for the property as it falls within the Harmony Corridor.

As previously noted, the property is not in Timnath so Town Council is not reviewing or approving anything at this time.  Any work in the river would be approved by the US Army Corps of Engineers (for any physical work in the river) and FEMA (for changing the floodplain).

Hello and thank you for your inquiry. This property's owner has submitted a change to this site plan, removing the active adult component. It is now being proposed as a multi-famil complex without age restrictions. This will impact the site design for parking and open space. As we recieve additional documentation from the applicant, they will be posted on the Town's website and also be included in our This Week In Timnath emails.

Hello and thank you for your question!  I believe you are referring to the buoys that are placed in the water to keep motorized boats from coming too close to the shoreline. These are placed 200 feet from the shore. They do not apply to any non-motorized vessels.

    SMLgal asked 4 months ago

Hello, and thanks for your question!  Actually the red barn is part of the Drehle development of homes. The building will be part of the neighborhood park, and the intent is to turn it into an event space. Details are still being worked out, but if everything goes well, it should be completed by the end of the year!

Is In N Out coming to Timnath for sure?

    Chrisan asked 5 months ago

In N Out has submitted a formal site plan to the Town. A drive-thru restaurant would be a permitted use for that site, should it meet the conditions and standards of the Town’s development code. The plan will continue through the Town’s development process and ultimately be presented to the Planning Commission for approval after those criteria have been satisfied.

Is WildWing Drive ever going to be continued west to connect with CR5/Main St.?

    RB7557 asked 6 months ago

The recently adopted Transportation Plan shows the future connection of WildWing Drive west to Main Street. It will connect on the west to CR 42E, which currently connects with Main Street. There is also a planned future connection of WildWing Drive north to Prospect, beginning at approximately the current endpoint of WildWing. The timing of these improvements is unknown as the construction will likely be development-driven. Thank you for your question!

Thanks for asking. If you follow the link below to the WildWing Park page on our website, you can scroll down to the actual Master Plan for the Park: https://timnath.org/wildwing-park

The portions shaded in blue and red are due to be completed by the end of this year; the final phase will be determined by the outcome of the PROST Master Plan. We did notice that the text on this Master Plan is not very clear; staff is working to correct that so you will be able to see the location of each amenity.
