    Hello and thank you for your question! 

    According to our traffic engineers, once all improvements have been made and the quiet zone has been accepted, Timnath will have a continuous quiet zone through town (except on Colorado Boulevard). 

    The Main Street project is expected to start later this spring and be wrapped up by this fall. Have a wonderful day!

    Our traffic team is currently in the process of analyzing conceptual designs for the Timnath Parkway Project from Buss Grove to Main Street.  A roundabout is being evaluated at this intersection; for more information, come to the Town Project Fair on May 12th at the Timnath Town Center.  This is study is expected to be finalized in late spring.     Hi, and thanks for your email. You are right - the barn in Trailside will be a great community asset. The Town, however, does not manage the rental of the venue. Reservations will be managed by the Trailside Metro District. I emailed them yesterday and just received the response that they are not yet taking reservations. Once available, the info will be placed on their website under the "community" tab. The website it info@trailsidemd.live.

    CR5 will be open from Harmony up to where the monument sign stood, and then traffic will be routed to the Parkway. I'm including a link that has more detailed information as well as a map. https://timnath.org/timnath-parkway. The target for the completion of this phase of the project will be spring of 2025.

    CR 5 is being realigned east of Main Street with access being provided to Main Street at Cornhusk, 2nd Street and 4th Avenue.  The Timnath Parkway project has been a key component of Timnath’s long-term planning for over two decades. The project was initially conceived in the 2002 Timnath Comprehensive Plan. Its primary goal was to address growing regional traffic concerns through the downtown area, residential neighborhoods, and school zones along Main Street. The plan aimed to realign Main St/CR 5 (now Timnath Parkway) to reduce traffic for homeowners and school areas while providing convenient access to the Downtown Core.

    Thanks for your question. Right now, there is a development under review for an assisted living and memory care facility on the northeast corner of Harmony Road and Club Drive. 

    Currently, the Town has no proposals that have been submitted for an active 55+ community. You can, however, keep up on all the developments under review by clicking on this link:

    The Town of Windsor is currently in design/construction for Phase 1 of the Colorado Boulevard realignment project (south of Jacoby Road) which is expected to be complete in 2025.  Phase 2, which covers the area north of Jacoby Road, is designated as a long-term project in Windsor’s plan. The Town of Timnath staff is actively engaged in coordination with Windsor Town staff, monitoring the progress and will recommend opportunities for participation in the project as it advances.

    According to the Larimer County Accessor's website, the building that was used by Studio 68 Fitness, located at 4650 Signal Tree Drive, Bldg B. was sold to Clearwater Church at the end of June. The church has applied for a Change of Use permit; this is pending the receipt of fees. This is a permitted use for the property as it falls within the Harmony Corridor.
