Timnath’s Vision Statement and Guiding Principles were shaped by what the community has shared so far during the Comprehensive Plan update. Over the past several months, residents, business owners and stakeholders have provided input through surveys, open houses, pop‑up events, youth engagement and online activities via YourTimnath.org. This feedback highlighted common themes about what people value most—such as livable neighborhoods, access to parks and nature, attainable housing, a strong local economy and thoughtful, well‑coordinated growth.

The Vision Statement reflects these shared aspirations by describing the kind of community Timnath is working toward over the long term. The Guiding Principles build on that vision by expressing the values that will guide future planning, investment, and decision‑making.
