2025 Budget Planning

The 2025 Proposed Budget has several themes.

• Recreation: Increase recreation programming for residents
• Technology: Invest in technology staffing, software, and building security
• Master Planning: Plan for the future by investing in master planning studies and design of infrastructure
• Employees: Transition from contractors to employees when it’s feasible
• Reporting: Enhance reporting through new fund and department structure
• Infrastructure: Continue to invest in capital infrastructure and parks
• Budget: Maintain a structurally balanced budget and maintain adequate working capital for the next five years
• Economic Development: Continue to fund economic incentives and economic development consultants
